Privacy is of great importance to Specter. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Processing of personal data is done in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation.
Purposes of the data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Provision of data to third parties
Specter shares personal data with third parties engaged by Specter in the context of its services such as lawyers, notaries, insurers, brokers and other service providers. As part of the execution of our services, it may be necessary to send personal data to recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area. In that case, Specter ensures that this transfer takes place in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Specter shares personal data with external service providers, such as website hosting providers and cloud service providers. Specter will not share more personal data with these service providers than strictly necessary in connection with the services.
Third parties with whom Specter shares personal data are solely responsible for processing such personal data. Specter is neither responsible nor liable for the processing of your personal data by third parties. When a third party acts as a processor of personal data for Specter, Specter will conclude a processing agreement with this third party.
To the extent necessary for the performance of their duties, Specter employees have access to personal data. All Specter employees are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are checked regularly. In addition, we use SSL certificates for the secure transfer of your data and for communication.
Our hosting is done by managed hosting provider True, a reliable Dutch party that places its hosting at well-secured and advanced data centers in the Netherlands and guarantees uptime. True is ISO 27001: 2013 certified which means that the company works according to the latest international standards for information security.
Cookies
Cookies are information files that can be automatically stored on or read from the visitor's device (such as a PC, tablet or smartphone) when visiting a website. This is done via the web browser on the device.
Cookies or similar technologies are used on our website where information is stored on the device and / or read (for ease of reading, all such techniques are hereinafter referred to as "cookies"), used to:
