Standard set of rules in Dutch to regulate the use of a physical data room set up for due diligence purposes.

These rules are to be accepted by visitors prior to being granted access to the data room. By doing so, confidentiality of the information contained in the data room is safeguarded and additional procedural arrangements are communicated to visitors.
